An Alternate Education was a project that celebrates a handful of unsung heroes throughout history who have contributed hugely to life today, but are unfortunately overlooked in the current school curriculum.

The book is split into three sections: Adventurers, Philosophers and Inventors.

BLY is a font I created in three weights for this project – as bold and off-kilter as the adventurer it takes its name from, Nellie Bly.
